A 12 week commitment that involves one hour per week sessions that include yoga, meditation, journaling.
This work reframes our relationship to our bodies and our sexuality into an opportunity for deep healing through the alchemical energy of transmutation of releasing the subconscious shame into heart centered ecstasy.
