Coaching and/or Yoga and Meditation session focused on deep clearing and compassionate inner child work.
This work involves holding a container to process wounds from childhood, divorce and other traumas in person or on zoom.

Deep Dive
A deeper dive into conscious healing.
A commitment of 12-week for healing from trauma through weekly sessions that allow for a guided process of release from subconscious fears and wounds.

A commitment of 24 weeks where we seek to transform from the ashes and awaken the phoenix energy of rebirth within.
