Refund Policy

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching, privates or retreats. My goal is to coach you to your highest level of success and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. It is in your benefit to decide before purchasing your package that you are all in, in order to achieve the optimum benefits.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours’ notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week (7 days) of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not scheduled within 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make ups and will count as a cancellation. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of our coaching work together.

Retreat payments need to be paid in full within 45 days prior to the retreat. Payments may be broken in half, with half the amount put down as a non-refundable deposit and the remaining half paid within 45 days of the event. Retreat payments are non-refundable as the down payments, planning, and commitments are binding.
