This primary commitment is the foundation for goal setting and committing to a spiritual practice with the emphasis of present moment awareness, objective observation of habits and the goals of manifesting desires with conscious intention.
This package involves a weekly commitment that includes guidance toward building a meditation practice and focused manifesting.
